The Robert McDuffie Center for Strings at Mercer University in my hometown of Macon, Georgia, has now entered its 15th year. With a specific, business-oriented curriculum that prepares the entrepreneurial musician for success in the real world, the Center offers a four-year undergraduate program as well as a two-year Artist Diploma certificate. I personally believe that teaching has made me a more complete artist, and I'm inspired by each one of our students.
